Submit the SG Arrival Card with Electronic Health Declaration
You can submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) and electronic health declaration via:
- SGAC e-Service
- MyICA Mobile application
Download the official app for free from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) for seamless submissions. The app’s profile-saving function can auto-populate your information for future trips to Singapore. Learn more about using the MyICA Mobile app on the go.
Submitting the SGAC is free. ICA does not support or endorse any commercial entity that charges a fee to submit the SGAC on your behalf. These entities are not affiliated with ICA.
Who Needs to Submit
All travellers must submit the SGAC with electronic health declaration before arriving in Singapore, except:
- Travellers transiting or transferring through Singapore without clearing immigration
- Residents (Singapore Citizens (SCs), Permanent Residents (PRs), Long-Term Pass holders) travelling through Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints
Long-Term Pass holders include holders of Student’s Pass, Dependant’s Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass and Work Pass.
As part of the SGAC submission, you must submit the electronic health declaration to guard against the importation of diseases of concern and to protect the health of Singapore residents. Those who make false declarations may face prosecution under the Infectious Diseases Act.
When to Submit
You must submit the SGAC within 3 days (including the day of arrival) before you arrive in Singapore. For example, if you are arriving in Singapore on 30 June, you can submit your declaration from 28 June onwards. This avoids unnecessary delays during immigration clearance.
If there is a change in your health status after you have submitted your declaration, you must update it using the "Update SGAC" feature on the SGAC e-Service. It is an offence to submit a false declaration.
