This application is brought to you by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), a Singapore Government Agency.
MyICA Mobile App (1) provides a one-stop platform for Singapore residents and foreign visitors to transact with ICA conveniently. The features include:
• SG Arrival Card (2) for residents and visitors to submit health declaration and arrival information
- Provide personal information with ease by scanning the passport biographical data page;
- Provide a group submission for up to 10 travellers; and
- Retrieve submitted records with ease.
• Gateway to e-Services & MyICA portal
- Access existing ICA e-services and MyICA portal on your mobile phone.
Note:
(1) The download and use of MyICA Mobile App is free of charge.
(2) The SG Arrival Card is NOT a visa. Visitors can visit Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website to check if they need a visa to enter Singapore.

The name of the app is not helpful
Most users are not from Singapore, and have never heard of the ICA. The name of the app should have the word Singapore in it. As it stands, every time a user wishes to access what they will only think of as “the Singapore app”, they must remember what is to them a meaningless acronym.
Works just fine
I was little worried after reading the negative evaluations, but for long-term residents the app works perfectly fine. It seems to remember your profile, which is really the only thing one needs. And it seems somewhat faster than the web-based rival card. Thanks!
MANUAL ENTRY DOES NOT WORK - USE SCAN OPTION
For United States citizens there is a bug that prevents completion of a profile manually. On the first page of the profile setup screen the fields that require a country use drop downs. One of the fields does not have “United States” as an option and you cannot manually enter it. Use the “scan passport” button on the upper right corner of the screen. The information will populate correctly in the field with the bug.

Hi Chris, thank you for the feedback. The option 'United States' is available in the Country/Place of Birth' field for manual entry. For Nationality, the option 'American' is available as well.
