This application is brought to you by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), a Singapore Government Agency.

MyICA Mobile App (1) provides a one-stop platform for Singapore residents and foreign visitors to transact with ICA conveniently. The features include:

• SG Arrival Card (2) for residents and visitors to submit health declaration and arrival information
- Provide personal information with ease by scanning the passport biographical data page;
- Provide a group submission for up to 10 travellers; and
- Retrieve submitted records with ease.
• Gateway to e-Services & MyICA portal
- Access existing ICA e-services and MyICA portal on your mobile phone.

Note:
(1) The download and use of MyICA Mobile App is free of charge.
(2) The SG Arrival Card is NOT a visa. Visitors can visit Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website to check if they need a visa to enter Singapore.

The app is lousy! Can't even scan the passport details probably. After scanning, you would see some details were wrongly. After I have edited the IC number and passport number and saved it, it would disappeared again. It happened a few times after I have edited and saved a few times. I gave up! Reply to the response: Then you should have a note there informing people about it. It was because after I have saved, I went to double check in case there is error in the info and we encounter problems

Hi @Cecilia, we have intentionally removed the IC and passport number when you edit it, due to security concern. If you have edited the details, kindly confirm the details on the confirmation screen before saving it. You can also use the Singpass option to retrieve your personal data.

You have to use this app to fill up a pre-arrival declaration. However, on the Declaration page, all radio buttons are missing, preventing you from proceeding. What a fantastic piece of software!

Job well done. Faster clearance for sure tried and tested. Things to improve: The stability of the app. When coming back from JB, encounted app did not launch properly could not assess the main page at all.

Thank you for the feedback and using MyICA Mobile! You can try to kill the App and relaunch the App again, the App may not be responding due to poor network.
