Cessation of Citibank on eNETS Debit Payment With effect from 11 July 2021, payment for ICA e-Services via eNETS Direct Debit using Citibank will no longer be available – payment via other banks, namely DBS/POSB/UOB/OCBC/SCB is still available. Alternatively, you can still make payment using Credit Card (AMEX/Visa/Mastercard) and PayNow. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Services at ICA Building in view of COVID-19 Counter services at the ICA Building are available for selected services or by appointment only.

Members of the public should continue to use ICA's e-Services available at MyICA.
