Overview
An Electronic Visit Pass (e-Pass) is issued to all arriving foreign visitors. You must provide a valid email address when submitting your SG Arrival Card (SGAC), as your e-Pass will automatically be sent to this email address after you clear immigration.
Your e-Pass contains your Disembarkation/Embarkation (D/E) number and visit pass details, including the maximum number of days and the last day you are allowed to stay in Singapore.
- ICA does not issue e-Passes to Permanent Residents and Long-Term Pass holders upon arrival in Singapore.
e-Pass Retrieval
You can also retrieve a copy of your e-Pass from the e-Pass Enquiry Portal on the SGAC e-Service using your:
- Disembarkation/Embarkation (D/E) number issued after your SGAC submission
- Passport details

You can retrieve your D/E number from the following:
- Your e-Pass
e-Pass 
- Your SGAC
You can also find your D/E number after successful submission of your SGAC through any of these channels:

Sent to the email address declared in your SGAC.
If you have multiple SGACs, refer to the submission for your current trip.
Enquiry on e-Pass
If you encounter any problems with the e-Pass Enquiry Portal or need help retrieving your D/E number, you may submit your enquiry to ICA.
