Please allow 5 working days for your PIN mailer to arrive. If your application is successful, your address sticker will arrive in your mail within 5 working days.
Application Status
At any stage of the application, you can check the status by selecting 'Check Status'.
Change of Residential Address with Application for IC
If you have submitted an application for a replacement IC, or re-registered for a new IC, and indicated a new address in the application, you will also receive ICA’s mail containing the 6-digit PIN. ICA will process your IC application only after you verify the PIN.
You will receive a new IC bearing the new address instead of a sticker. If you are unable to verify the PIN on the e-Service, please contact us for assistance.
Registration of Local Contact Address (LCA)
If you are an SC who has changed to an overseas residential address on your IC, you need to register an LCA, to have your name entered or retained in the Registers of Electors, maintained by the Elections Department (ELD) of Singapore. Visit the ELD website to register your LCA online using your Singpass.
One Stop Address Reporting (OSCARS) Initiative
Please refer to the list of participating agencies(PDF, 366KB) that will be updated with your new residential address the next day.
