If you lose your passport in Singapore, you must immediately report the loss at any police station, neighbourhood police centre or police post.
You should then contact your embassy, high commission or consular office to apply for a replacement travel document. The Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs website lists addresses and contact details
for accredited foreign missions.
Once you have received your temporary or replacement travel document or any documentary proof that you have applied for a replacement travel document, you must report to ICA with a copy of the police report without delay at the address below. You must
do this before leaving Singapore on any replacement travel document.

Depending on your pass type, you will need the following documents after obtaining your temporary or replacement travel document or any documentary proof that you have applied for a replacement travel document:

- Accompanying person’s Identity Card (original and photocopy)

- Identification paper
(for example, photocopy of your passport, Identity Card, letter from your embassy or an Employment Pass or Work Permit) - Letter from your company, certifying that you are employed in Singapore (original)
- Disembarkation/Embarkation card for visitors
- Accompanying person’s Identity Card
