FAQs
Generally, no documentation is required. We will contact you through email if any documentation is required for further processing.
If you have a valid Singpass account, you can access the ICA e-Service to transfer your REP to your new travel document while overseas, as long as your REP is still valid. Upon successful transfer, you can print your new REP for your reference and travel needs.
If you do not have a Singpass account or need help logging in, please contact Singpass.
A Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) sponsor cannot perform the transfer of REP for his/her sponsored spouse. The PR spouse will have to personally log in to ICA e-Service with his/her Singpass to declare and transfer his/her REP.
