ICA Ceases Walk-in Passport Applications With Effect From 13 June 2022 From 13 June 2022, ICA will only accept walk-ins for passport applicants who have been notified by ICA to:
  • Collect their passport;
  • Submit supporting documents; and/or
  • Re-submit photographs

  • Applicants who need to travel urgently can submit an appeal to expedite the processing of their passport applications online at https://go.gov.sg/passportrequest.     Longer Processing Time for Passport Applications ICA has received high number of passport applications. We seek your understanding that more time will be required to process your passport applications. 
    Applicants can refer to the e-Service to check the status of your passport application.
    Eligible applicants can make an appointment to collect the passports at designated SingPost offices without paying any additional collection fee.
