Eligibility for ICA's Automated Clearance Initiative (ACI) is assessed during clearance at the immigration counters. Eligible travellers who have been notified by officers at immigration counters that you are enrolled for ACI, do not require any separate registration.
If you are an eligible traveller but are not notified of your eligibility to use automated lanes, you may apply in person at one of the following enrolment touchpoints, together with your ICAO-compliant passport that is valid for at least six months:

- Eligible travellers who wish to enrol for self-clearance facilities would need to present all three biometric identifiers (facial/iris/fingerprints) during the enrolment process.
- You must have an ICAO-compliant passport to apply.
- The parent or legal guardian of applicants who are aged under 18 must be present during enrolment. The original copy of the applicant’s birth certificate and the passport of the accompanying parent or legal guardian should also be provided
for verification of identity. If the applicant is accompanied by a legal guardian, the original copy of the legal authorisation letter or court order must also be provided.
