Tell us when you would like to collect your passport using e-Appointment.

You will be informed of your eligibility to collect from SingPost or iCollect via a notification card or via email if you applied through e-Service .

We recommend that you collect your passport within one month of applying. Uncollected passports will be cancelled after three months and the passport fee will not be refunded.

Selected SingPost Offices

A list of participating SingPost* offices is available here.

You are not eligible to use this service if you:

  • Are aged six or below
  • Are aged between six and 16 and your consenting parent holds an 11B/Home Team National Service IC (full-time personnel)
  • Have poor-quality fingerprints due to ageing or excessively wet or dry thumbs and fingers
  • Do not have two sets of fingerprints enrolled in ICA’s database
  • Have lost or damaged your current passport.

Self-Service at iCollect

iCollect is a self-service machine housed in the eLobby on the ground floor of the ICA Building.

You are not eligible to use this service if you:

  • Hold an SAF 11B/Home Team National Service IC (full-time personnel)
  • Have lost or damaged your current passport
  • Are aged 16 or below
  • Are applying for a passport for the first time
  • Have poor-quality fingerprints due to ageing or excessively wet or dry thumbs and fingers
  • Do not have two sets of fingerprints enrolled in ICA’s database.

Operating hours are 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday, and 8.00 am to 12.30 pm on Saturday.

Longer-than-average waiting times are to be expected in the following peak times:

  • Monday, Friday, Saturday
  • School holidays
  • The day before or after a public holiday.
Singapore Overseas Mission

Passport collections are coordinated by the Singapore Overseas Mission , which will notify you once the passport has been received. You can liaise directly with the mission for any additional queries pertaining to the collection of your passport.

For identification and security reasons, you must be present at the Overseas Mission in person at least once, either when you complete your application or when you collect your passport. If you apply online, you will need to produce all required documents when you collect your passport.
