Scheduled Maintenance

ICA e-Services will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from 1 – 3 July 2022 (Singapore Time) during the following periods:

  • 1 July 2022, 2130hrs to 2 July 2022, 0200hrs - Users may experience short intermittent access on MyICA and ICA e-Services (except SG Arrival Card)
  • 3 July 2022, 0000hrs to 0800hrs - MyICA and ICA e-Services will not be available.

In addition, payment for all ICA e-Services through PayNow will not be available on 2 July 2022, 2200hrs to 2359hrs; and 3 July 2022, 0801hrs to 1040hrs. Please make payment through other available payment options.

ICA Ceases Walk-in Passport Applications With Effect From 13 June 2022

From 13 June 2022, ICA will only accept walk-ins for passport applicants who have been notified by ICA to:

  • Collect their passport;
  • Submit supporting documents; and/or
  • Re-submit photographs

Longer Processing Time for Passport Applications

ICA has received high number of passport applications. We seek your understanding that more time will be required to process your passport applications. 

Applicants can refer to the e-Service to check the status of your passport application.

Eligible applicants can make an appointment to collect the passports at designated SingPost offices without paying any additional collection fee.
