The SG Arrival Card with electronic Health Declaration (SG Arrival Card) facilitates the submission of personal information, trip details and health declaration by all travellers seeking entry into Singapore. 

You should submit your SG Arrival Card within three (3) days prior to the date of arrival in Singapore. This is to avoid unnecessary delays during immigration clearance.

The SG Arrival Card is not a visa. The use of the SG Arrival Card e-Service is free of charge.

Apply Online Submit the SG Arrival Card with electronic Health Declaration

You can click here for the e-Service or download the "SG Arrival Card" mobile application for free from either the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

At the landing page, please proceed with the submission by selecting one of the two options:

Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents & Long-Term Pass HoldersForeign Visitors
- including In-Principle Approval (IPA) Letter Holders

Submission of health declaration for:


  • Singapore citizens
  • Singapore permanent residents
  • Student's Pass holders
  • Dependant's Pass holders
  • Long-Term Visit Pass holders
  • Work Pass

You will receive an acknowledgement upon successful submission.

At the Immigration Counter

You will need to present your travel documents and SG Arrival Card acknowledgement (soft copy is acceptable as well) to the ICA officer at the immigration counter.

Check If You Need an Entry Visa

If you hold a travel document issued by one of the countries or places listed here, you will require a valid Singapore visa to travel and seek entry into Singapore.
