All foreign visitors* arriving in Singapore will receive an electronic Visit Pass (e-Pass) through email in replacement of inked endorsement stamps on the passport.

The e-Pass will contain your Disembarkation/Embarkation (D/E) number and details of the visit pass granted, including the maximum number of day(s) of stay and the last day of stay allowed in Singapore.

*Singapore PRs and Long-Term Pass holders will not be issued e-Pass upon arrival in Singapore.


e-Pass Enquiry e-Pass Retrieval

All foreign visitors* are reminded to provide a valid email address during your SG Arrival Card submission as the e-Pass will be sent to your email address indicated in your SG Arrival Card after clearing arrival immigration at the checkpoints. 

You can also retrieve your e-Pass information from ICA’s e-Pass Enquiry Portal on the SG Arrival Card e-Service platform with either of the following:

  • Disembarkation/Embarkation (D/E) number issued to you after your SG Arrival Card submission; or
  • Email address declared in your SG Arrival Card submission

*Singapore PRs and Long-Term Pass holders will not be issued e-Pass upon arrival in Singapore.


Retrieval of Disembarkation/Embarkation Number

Foreign visitors* may retrieve your Disembarkation/Embarkation (D/E) number from the following:-

1) Retrieval of Disembarkation/Embarkation No. (D/E No.) from your e-Pass

Foreign visitors* who had entered Singapore will be able to find your D/E No. in your e-Pass which will be sent to your declared email address in your SG Arrival Card submission:

Foreign visitors* may also find your D/E number after successful submission of your SG Arrival Card

The email is sent to the email address declared in your SG Arrival Card.

If you have multiple SG Arrival Cards, please refer to the submission for your current trip.
