For lost Identity Card (IC), you should report to ICA Building and apply for a replacement in person within 14 days. A police report is only required if you lost your IC as a victim of crime, e.g. theft.

If you subsequently found your lost IC after receiving a replacement, you must return the found IC to ICA.
