Make an e-Appointment to inform us when you would like to collect your IC.
If you had applied for your IC using the e-Service, a collection notice will be emailed to you in three working days upon successful processing.
Selected Post Offices
ICA is working with a commercial service provider to provide collection services at alternate sites. There will be a service fee payable to SingPost for the successful collection of each ICA document at designated post offices. A list of participating SingPost offices is available here.
You are not eligible to use this service if you:
- Have a 11B/Home Team National Service IC (full-time personnel)
- Have lost or damaged your current IC
- Have fingerprints that are faint, scarred or excessively dry or wet
- Do not have two sets of fingerprints enrolled in ICA’s database.
Self-Service at iCollect
iCollect is a self-service machine housed in on the ground floor of the ICA Building. Collection has to be done in person.
You are not eligible to use this service if you:
- Are a 11B/Home Team National Service IC (full-time personnel) holder
- Have lost or damaged your current IC
- Have fingerprints that are faint, scarred or excessively dry or wet
- Do not have two sets of fingerprints enrolled in ICA’s database

Operating hours are from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays, and 8.00 am to 12.30 pm on Saturdays.
Longer-than-average waiting times are to be expected on the following peak times:
- Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays
- School holidays
- The day before or after a public holiday.
