You must submit your new/renewal Student’s Pass application online using the e-Service at least four weeks before your course begins.
You will need a local sponsor if you are applying for a Student’s Pass to study at one of these schools. The local sponsor must be a Singapore citizen (SC) or Permanent Resident (PR) and aged 21 or older. Companies and organisations cannot act as sponsors.
If you have an SC or PR parent or step-parent, he/she must act as the local sponsor of your Student’s Pass application.
This application includes the following process:
- Obtain a Registration Acknowledgement Letter from the school you plan to attend.
- Log in to e-Service to complete the application forms (eForm 16 – Student’s Details, and eV103 – Student’s Parents) using the unique reference number indicated on the Registration Acknowledgement Letter.
- Your local sponsor must then log in to e-Service to complete and submit forms V39s and V39Q (Undertaking by Local Sponsor).
