Make an e-Appointment to inform us when you would like to collect your passport.

We recommend that you collect your passport within one month of applying. Uncollected passports will be cancelled after three months and the passport fee will not be refunded.

You will be informed of your eligibility to collect from SingPost or iCollect via email if you have applied through e-Service.

Applicants aged below six years old are not required to be physically present for the collection of their passports and their parents can collect on their behalf by appointments. Applicants of other ages must collect their passports in person.

You are not eligible to use this service if you:

  • Are below the age of 16 and your consenting parent holds a SAF11B/ Home Team National Service IC;
  • Aged 6 and above, and do not have two sets of fingerprints enrolled in ICA’s database;
  • Have poor-quality fingerprints or excessively wet or dry thumbs/ fingers; or
  • Have lost or damaged your current passport.

Self-Service at iCollect

iCollect is a self-service machine housed on the ground floor of the ICA Building.

You are not eligible to use this service if you:

  • Are aged 16 or below
  • Hold a SAF 11B/ Home Team National Service IC;
  • Have poor-quality fingerprints or excessively wet or dry thumbs/ fingers; 
  • Do not have two sets of fingerprints enrolled in ICA’s database;
  • Are applying for a passport for the first time; or
  • Have lost or damaged your current passport.

Operating hours are 8.00 am to 4.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays, and 8.00 am to 12.30 pm on Saturdays.

Please be punctual for your appointment to avoid longer-than-average waiting times on the following peak days:

  • Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays;
  • School holidays; and
  • The day before or after a public holiday.

At Singapore Overseas Mission

Passport collections overseas are coordinated by the Singapore Overseas Mission, which will notify you once the passport has been received. You can liaise directly with the mission for any additional queries pertaining to the collection of your passport.

For identification and security reasons, you must be present at the Overseas Mission in person at least once, either when you complete your application or when you collect your passport. If you apply online, you will need to produce all required documents when you collect your passport.
