The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) is aware of commercial entities and websites providing paid services to assist travellers with the submission of their SG Arrival Card with electronic
Health Declarations (SG Arrival Card) to the ICA.

Please be informed that such service providers are not related to the ICA. The ICA does not support or endorse such paid services for the submission of the SG Arrival Card.
Should travellers decide to engage such service providers or any entity offering similar services, the ICA will not be held liable or accountable in any way for any loss suffered as a result of such engagement.
Travellers are encouraged to submit their SG Arrival Card through the ICA’s website (https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/) or "MyICA" mobile
application [which can be downloaded for free from either the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)]. Submissions to the ICA through these platforms are free of charge and
take approximately 3 – 10 minutes for individual submissions. The SG Arrival Card e-Service offered by the ICA is available in six languages: English, Bahasa Melayu, Vietnamese, Hindi, Tamil and Mandarin.
