Change of Passport Particulars or Residential Address for Long-Term Visit Pass Holder

You are required to notify ICA if there is any change in your passport particulars or place of residence within 14 days of the change.


Update Passport Change in Passport

You can report a change in passport via the e-Service.

You are required to:-

  • Upload an image of your new passport biodata page (with the new passport number) at the e-Service

Update Address Change in Residential Address

The sponsor can update the residential address for LTVP holder via the e-Service. The sponsor will require Singpass login to submit the address update online on behalf of the LTVP holder.

Alternatively, the LTVP holder may submit a request for the change of residential address using his/her Singpass.


Change in Particulars

You are required to:-

  • Apply for a replacement LTVP at $60, if the change in particulars (e.g. Name, Date of Birth and Sex) are reflected on the LTVP.

This service is available from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays).
Please note that your local sponsor may also need to be present.
