Clearance Procedure for Sea Crew/Pleasure Craft Owners

Foreign Sea Crew and Pleasure Craft owners must submit the following types of applications to ICA via digitalPORT@SG:
- Arrival or departure immigration clearance of vessel and crew
- Crew sign-on or sign-off
- Transfer of crew from one vessel to another
- Extension of stay of crew
