From 2017, ICA will enrol your iris images of customers during your transactions at ICA Services Centres, such as the collection of passports. With multi-modal biometrics, ICA can enhance the accuracy of the identification process. The iris identifier will complement the fingerprint identifier, so that travellers who have faded or scarred fingerprints can still use our automated systems at the checkpoints
The iris enrolment process is convenient, contactless and non-intrusive. It only takes a matter of seconds. Do not wear coloured, patterned or cosmetic contact lenses for faster enrolment.
