Mondays to Fridays: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (last entry at 4.30 pm), and
Saturdays: 8.00 am to 1.00 pm (last entry at 12.30 pm).
Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Please plan your visit to ICA accordingly.
Members of the public are also strongly encouraged to use ICA's e-Services available at MyICA.
Customers are strongly encouraged to take public transport as the ICA Building is within walking distance from Lavender MRT station.

Kallang Walk is closed for construction works from 19 November 2020. Vehicular access to Kallang Walk will be for authorised vehicles only.
Customers visiting the ICA Building can alight at the pick-up/drop-off bay along Kallang Road. Motorists should not wait at this bay to prevent unnecessary obstruction to other motorists picking up or alighting their passengers.

There is no public parking at the ICA Building. Those who still wish to drive may park their vehicles at alternative public carparks located along North Bridge Road, Crawford Lane and French Road.
