In response to media queries on whether Mr Lee Hsien Yang’s passport had been detained by Singapore’s immigration authority, the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) would like to clarify that Mr Lee’s  passport has never been seized by ICA. His passport remains valid today and was never in ICA’s possession during and following Ms Kwa Kim Li’s Disciplinary Tribunal hearing.
