The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority is aware that selected services have been affected since 8am on 25 June 2022 due to system downtime.

2.          ICA regrets the inconvenience caused to our customers and seeks their understanding and patience while we do our best to resolve the issue.

3.          We also urge all customers to postpone their trip to the ICA Building today. ICA will follow-up with those affected.
