It was not silicone, it was not saline. The implants came in the form of Dormicum and Domi.
2. The "D-cups" were detected on 28 September 2005 at around 3.40pm, when one of our officers noticed that a female traveller was behaving nervously at the Arrival Bus Hall of Woodlands Checkpoint. The traveller was then directed to the office for further checks. After a thorough search, the following items were found on her:
(i) Two packets of cigarettes were strapped around the waist;
(ii) Two packets of shag tobacco were stashed in the underwear;
(iii) Three slabs (consisting of ten tablets each) of Domi tablets and nine slabs (consisting of ten tablets each) of Dormicum Midazolam were hidden in the right brassiere; and
(iv) Three slabs (consisting of ten tablets each) of Domi tablets and ten slabs (consisting of ten tablets each) of Dormicum Midazolam were hidden in the left brassiere
3. The traveller, a Singaporean aged 42, admitted ownership of the items. She then disclosed that her boyfriend was waiting for her at the Arrival Bus Concourse. The latter, a Singaporean male aged 47, was also checked by our officers. Nothing incriminating was found on him.
4. The total estimated duty and GST payable for the tobacco products are S$49.28 and S$2.90 respectively. The cigarettes and tobacco products were handed over to Singapore Customs, while the travellers and the drugs were referred to the Central Narcotics Bureau for further investigation.
5. ICA has tightened security checks on passengers and vehicles at the checkpoints to prevent attempts to smuggle in undesirable persons, drugs, weapons, explosives and other contraband. We would like to warn the public to think twice before they attempt to smuggle unlawful goods illegally into Singapore as our officers at the checkpoints maintain a high level of vigilance at all times and are trained to profile potential offenders.
