ICA Resumes all Immigration and National Registration Services
The system upgrade and data migration has been successfully completed. The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) is pleased to announce that all services will resume as scheduled, on Friday, 27 July 2007 at 8am.
2. As ICA was not able to process applications received during the period of suspension, we would like to seek the public’s understanding that processing time for the various immigration and national registration services may be longer while we work through the backlog.
3. Members of the public are requested not to rush to ICA Building on 27, 28 and 30 July 2007 if their applications are not urgent.
4. We look forward to serving the public at the ICA Building and through our e-services again.
