The Sea Domain under the Integrated Checkpoints Command (ICC) will be operationalised with effect from 1 April 2015. The ICC was first launched at the Land Domain on 2 January 2015. The ICC is part of the Home Team’s efforts to strengthen coordination among the officers from the various Home Team agencies operating at the checkpoints.

2.         Assistant Commissioner (AC) Nam Liang Chia, 47, has been appointed Domain Commander (Sea) of the ICC with effect from 1 April 2015. He has served 24 years with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), holding various key appointments in the ICA, including Commander of Woodlands, Coastal, Air Cargo and Airport Commands, and the Senior Deputy Director of ICA Operations Division.

3.         Similar to the Domain Commander (Land), AC Nam will report to the Commissioner of ICA. He will oversee all operations performed by the various Home Team agencies at the 18 land-based sea checkpoints .
