Media Statement By ICA On Video Of ICA Officer Shouting At Motorcyclist
The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) refers to a video involving an ICA officer and a motorcyclist at the Woodlands Checkpoint.
2. The said incident took place on Tuesday, 10 May 2016 at about 7pm at the Woodlands Checkpoint. ICA will look into the matter thoroughly to establish the facts and circumstances of the incident.
3. ICA is committed to service excellence without compromising security. As Singapore's front-line ambassadors, our officers are constantly reminded to be professional when discharging their duties.
