Management Executive

Serving the Public

As a Management Executive, you will be deployed to a Services Centre at ICA Building to assist customers with immigration-related matters, including their applications for passports, National Registration Identity Cards, Visit Passes, visas, citizenship and permanent residency. Other duties include handling and processing immigration documents and performing related administrative duties to support the daily operations of the Services Centres. You are required to don a uniform.

Requirements, Remuneration and Benefits

You must be a Singapore citizen, and possess any of the following qualifications:

Two GCE ‘A’ Level passes (at one sitting) or Higher Nitec$1,700 to $1,848
Nitec$1,560 to $1,708
Five GCE ‘O’ Level passes (including English or mathematics)

*Starting monthly salary will vary according to assessment of academic qualifications, relevant work experience and completion of full-time National Service.

Temporary Customer Service/Administrative Assistant

You will be part of the team to support the operations of ICA at one of the Services Centres at ICA Building or Changi Airport Terminals. You will work closely with other ICA officers to provide customer service and operations support on immigration-related matters including application for passports, identity cards, visit passes, visas, citizenship and permanent residency.

Other duties may include administrative duties in support of daily operations.


  • Singapore citizenship
  • Minimum three GCE ‘O’ Level passes
  • Computer literate

General Working Hours

8.30am to 5.30pm on Mondays to Fridays,

and 8.00am to 4.30pm on Saturdays


You will be paid at a rate of $7.95 per hour. You will come under the CPF scheme, and both the employer and employee will make CPF contributions at the prevailing rates.
