ICA is aware of commercial entities and websites offering paid services or charging a processing fee to assist travellers with their submission of the SG Arrival Card cum electronic Health Declaration (“SG Arrival Card”).
ICA does not support nor endorse the services offered by these commercial entities and websites.
The official SG Arrival Card e-Service by ICA facilitates the submission of personal information, trip details and health
declaration by all travellers seeking entry into Singapore. Submission via the official SG Arrival Card e-Service is
free of charge and takes only 3-5 minutes for individual submissions.
Travellers should thus submit their SG Arrival Card via the official e-Service (https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/).
Alternatively, submission can also be done through the official "SG Arrival Card" mobile application which can be downloaded for free from either the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Travellers who choose to engage commercial entities and their websites to submit their SG Arrival Card are advised to exercise caution.
ICA shall not be responsible or held accountable in any way for any loss you may suffer arising from your engagement of services provided by these commercial entities.
ICA would also like to warn travellers that there could be fake websites seeking to phish the personal information of travellers. ICA take a serious view of such fake websites.
Anyone with information on such scams may call the Police hotline at 1800-255-0000 or submit information online at www.police.gov.sg/iwitness.
Travellers who suspect any fraudulent act or wrongdoing are advised to lodge a report with the local authorities in your country/place.
