From 4 March 2020, 2359 hours, all new visitors with recent travel history to Iran, northern Italy or the Replublic of Korea within the last 14 days will not be allow entry into Singapore, or transit through Singapore.

        Between 4 March 2020, 2359hrs and 5 March 2020, 1500hrs, the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) refused entry to one traveller with recent travel history to the Republic of Korea and two travellers with recent travel history to northern Italy.
