From 1 February 2020, 2359hrs, all new visitors, regardless of nationality, with recent travel history to mainland China within the last 14 days, will not be allowed entry into, or transit through, Singapore.

2           As of 2 February 2020, 1pm, the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) has refused entry to 15 travellers into Singapore. They comprise one Spanish, one British, one Malaysian, two US, five PRC and five Indian passport holders, due to either their travel histories to mainland China in the last 14 days, or suspension of visa facilities.
