From 13 June 2022, ICA will only accept walk-ins for passport applicants who have been notified by ICA to:

• Collect their passport;
• Submit supporting documents; and/or
• Re-submit photographs

ICA has received high number of passport applications. We seek your understanding that more time will be required to process your passport applications. 

Applicants can refer to the e-Service to check the status of your passport application.

Eligible applicants can make an appointment to collect the passports at designated SingPost offices without paying any additional collection fee.
